Chef Jerry Elmore began his love of and service of the food industry at a very early age. His passion for food was fostered by his work in his parent's restaurants. His personal heroes are Julia Childs, Graham Kerr, and the Frugal Gourmet. Approximately five years ago Chef Jerry left an established career and decided to pursue his dream of cooking full-time. Chef Jerry has received formal training and has experience in creating a variety of dishes both down home and upscale.
